– Seen anyone be killed or die suddenly in front of you

7. Have you had upsetting thoughts or pictures of what happened come into your mind, when you didn’t want them to??

8. Have you had trouble remembering important parts of what happened?

9. Have you been very upset, afraid or sad when something has made you think about what happened?

10. Felt guilty or unable to stop blaming yourself or others for the event(s) or any problems the event(s) may have caused?
